HCA offers a suite of National DPA Solutions that help to close the wealth gap in America, and help you fulfill your mission of increasing homeownership in America.
Qualifying through both LMI and BIPOC status, Jose was able to additionally leverage the City of Los Angeles's DPA with our assistance.
Qualifying as BIPOC with a strong income and credit, Equity DPA helped D'Andre with that boost to make his dream of homeownership a reality.
As a 501c3, all donations are provided with tax deductible contribution letters, and these programs are made possible through corporations, private foundations, and individuals seeking to make a difference. Funds are permanently restricted to align with the donor's desired beneficiaries and geographies. Our program supports homebuyers as well as funding for HUD Approved organizations who help underserved communities access credit through homebuyer education and pre-purchase housing counseling.
HCA will compliantly administer programs with long-term impact tracking and reporting for Donors.

Private funds can be directed to specific communities, areas, and partners. Certain restrictions apply in order to maintain compliance. HCA will provide ongoing reporting and impact tracking. This newly formalized program design is being piloted upon regulatory approval.
