Celebrating 5 Years of C.L.I.M.B.

This year marks five years of the Homeownership Council of America's signature and unique Special Purpose Credit Programs (SPCPs). SPCP's demonstrate HCA's unwavering commitment to building and supporting first time homeownership with this excellent program. Since launching this initiative, HCA has worked alongside mission-driven lenders, financial institutions, and community partners to create equitable lending opportunities that break down systemic barriers to homeownership. Together, we've helped develop groundbreaking SPCPs that have generated millions in affordable mortgage financing—opening doors for first-time homebuyers in underserved communities across the country.
