With over 100 years of combined mortgage lending experience on our core team, HCA brings a unique approach and community lending expertise to facilitate your success.
Homeownership Council of America works with both nonprofit and corporate homeownership lending partners. We develop sustainable mission-business models, innovative products with liquidity, and programs that reach underserved communities. HCA provides a growth path for CDFIs and HUD-Approved Housing Counseling Agencies through our Community Lending Initiatives in Mortgage Banking (CLIMB) program. We help nonprofits ‘CLIMB the Lending Ladder’ and Community Lenders reach their goals in affordable homeownership. CLIMB helps active lenders grow by enhancing their value proposition, product offerings, and capital markets outlets to create long-term sustainability. CLIMB aims to increase overall service to underserved communities nationally. The CLIMB program helps organizations enhance their model while increasing services and credit options for the least served consumers in their market area.
