The Annual Trailblazer Award
Honoring trailblazing lending industry leaders who have made the greatest impact for underserved communities in the pursuit of homeownership for all Americans.

The HCA Trailblazer Award recognizes the lending industry leaders who refuse to wait for change — the mortgage professionals, lending executives, brokers, and innovators who break new ground so that first-generation, low-to-moderate income, minority, and Native communities can reach the closing table.
Each year, HCA honors one lending industry leader whose work embodies the spirit of trailblazing: measurable impact, community leadership, innovation, and lasting influence on the mortgage and housing industry. The award is open to lending industry professionals — not nonprofit organizations. The honoree is announced at our annual industry gathering and profiled across HCA's national network.
