Promoting solutions, providers, and resources that reduce barriers and increase access to sustainable homeownership has always been a focus of the organization. 

We provide these events in two ways:

  • industry professional convenings and trainings
  • large format public facing events that combine homebuyer education, resources, and inspirational stories.

Our promotion events bring together real estate professionals, local and regional nonprofits, and leaders in homeownership to highlight success stories and create new partnerships and relationships, connecting loan officers with the nonprofits and real estate professionals focused on LMI borrowers. These promotional events also foster partnerships between investors, lenders, and HUD approved access points throughout the country, by making vital connections, creating shared understanding, and highlighting the people, products, and companies making a difference in affordable homeownership for the region in which the event is being held.

Our leadership has a long-standing record of providing thoughtful, successful, well-attended training and events for the nonprofit housing counseling and affordable lending field. We have contacts and relationships in every state, and are building a movement of collaborative efforts in the field that yield more homeowners and homeownership opportunities focused on underserved communities through sustainable delivery systems solutions. Events that face professionals or the public can be provided in any location of interest to sponsors, and HCA has local relationships in all 50 states and Puerto Rico.
